He was predeceased by: his wife Margery Ann Karlovsky; his parents, Jerry Karlovsky and Mary Karlovsky; and his sibling Jerry Karlovsky. He is survived by: his daughters, Doris Ressl Karlovsky (Royce Acosta), Donna DeSantis (Larry) and Dawn Karlovsky (Jason Trobaugh); and his grandchildren, Abbey June Karlovsky, Julien Edward Karlovsky Trobaugh and Joy Qianni DeSantis.
