She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Streit and Frieda Streit; her husband Carl Hildner; and her children, John (Cindy), James (Lynna), Ruth (Steve Ziolkowski), Tom (Jamie Bolton) and Peter (Gretchen). She was also cherished by her many children, grandchildren and even great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Luke Lutheran Church (23W080 Butterfield Rd, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Luke Lutheran or the Glen Ellyn Food Pantry—organizations that reflect her lifelong commitment to community care and spiritual devotion.
