She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John Demos; her sons, Dean Demos (Beatrice), Peter Demos (Mary), Mark Demos (Laura) and James Demos; her grandchildren, Christina DeLuca (Tony), Stephanie Demos, Melanie Demos (Nyatt), Alexander Demos and Nicholas Demos; her great grandchild Santino DeLuca; her parents, Peter S. Colovos and Irene Colovos; and her siblings, Soto Colovos and Dena Colovos.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Andrew's Greek Orthodox Church (5649 N Sheridan Rd, Chicago, IL 60660). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
