He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Milne and Agnes Milne; and his sisters-in-law, Katherine Gratke (late Robin) and Mary Ellen Post (Kendall). He is survived by: his wife Annie Hall Milne; his children, Robert "Bob" Milne (Gail), Mary Miessau (Bill) and Patricia "Patty" Milne; his grandchildren, Octavio, Jr., Oscar, Joel, Michael, Angelica "Jelly" and Jessica Huerta; his great grandchildren, Isabella Sophia "Bella", Octavio Dominick "Dom" and Mia Violette; his sister Mary Kay Milne; his brother-in-law Frank Hall (Nan Gieringer); his nieces and nephews, John Hall (Tiffany), Christa Hall Stephens, David Post (Linda Puth), Katie Post and Liz Post Johnson (Christopher); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Coleson, Camden Hall, Henry Stephens, Cassia, Linnea Post and Ben Willerth.
