With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred B. Gardner (Naperville, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 7, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dorothy Kelly, Herb and Frank Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Joan Costello Gardner; his children, Tom Gardner (Alice), Beth Piersialla (Len), Cathy Jacobs (Bill Izzo), Ginny Stablein (Rob), Fran Schlesinger (Eric) and Steve Gardner (Wendy); and his grandchildren, Brenda Gardner, Emily, Kevin, Jason Piersialla, Tim (Meghan), Ryan, Megan, Katelyn Jacobs, Matt, Erin, Pat, Kyle, Eric, Sean Stablein, Rebecca, Annie, Rachel, Brian Schlesinger, Taylor, Madi, Brady and Riley Gardner.
