It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald E. Woodcock of Naperville, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on September 10, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Gary Woodcock (Elizabeth); his parents, Gerald Woodcock and Helen Woodcock; and his brother Larry Woodcock (Carol). He is survived by: his wife Ruth M. Woodcock; his children, Gregg Woodcock (Cindy) of Sachse, TX and Geoff Woodcock (Natalie) of Los Gatos, CA; his grandchildren, Lauren Vanderbilt (Alex), Megan Cox (Jonathan), Noah Woodcock (Lindsay), Ian, Rylan, Jerry, Walter and Eden; and his great grandchild Winston Cox.
