Fraley of Naperville, Illinois, born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on April 16, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his child Xander; his parents, Morrill Fraley and Virginia Fraley; his stepfather Ralph Goodwin; his parents-in-law, Arthur and Virginia Pradel; his sisters, Kay Keiner (late Paul) and Virginia "Ginny" Fiene; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Hill (Amon) and Naperville Mayor George Pradel (late Patricia "Pat").
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte S. Fraley; his children, Guy Michael Fraley (Amy) of Troy, OH, Dawn Miller (Kevin) of Troy, OH, Kevin Fraley (Caroline) of Plainfield, IL, Brenda Warren (Kristopher) of Washington, IL, Laura Beth Hurst (Joe), Jason Fraley (Alyssa), Austin, James, Rachel, Arianna, Ella, Autumn, Ryan, Kyle, Rebecca Miller, Kayla, Billy, Angelina Fraley, Benjamin and Logan Warren; his great grandchild Charlotte Lynn Hurst; his sisters, Mary Givler Fraley and Charlotte Parrilli (late Tim); and his siblings-in-law, Jack Pradel (Ginny), Paul Pradel (Sue) and Grace Wendel (John).
