He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Schoger and Lillian Schoger; his former wife Robbie Jean; his siblings, Grant Schoger (Evelyn) and Elizabeth "Toots" Brossman (Roy); and his grandson Grant Schoger.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Cameron (Bill) of Oswego, Cindy Patterson (Gary) of Plainfield, Barry Schoger (Brenda) of Arvada, CO and Mark Schoger (JoAnn Proctor) of Sellersberg, IN.; his grandsons, Brian Patterson of Montgomery, Andy Patterson (Meagan) of Plainfield and Daniel Schoger (Sarah) of Switzerland; his godson Ron Fecht of Sandwich; his wife Nancy Russell; his stepchildren, Brad Russell (Mary Kay), Annette Oldenburg and Steve Russell (Debbie); his grandchildren, Matthew Oldenberg (Nicolle), Caitlin Oldenburg, Stephanie Johnson (Hayden), Nicole Russell, Courtney Baldetti (Jeff), Bill (Andrada), John, Jeff (Sylvia) and Joe Russell; and his great grandchildren, Waylon, Harley Patterson, Elliette, Emelia Oldenburg and JJ Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
