She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Anton "Dick" Kravchuk; her parents, John Sokolik and Catherine Sokolik; and her siblings, John, Francis, Joseph, Gregory, Robert Sokolik, Mary Skopinski, Catherine Regner, Theresa Kozel, Anne Beezley, Virginia Hemenway, Joan Meisner and Gertrude Sokolik.
She is survived by: her children, Carrie Kane of Naperville, Nanette Kurzydym (late Joseph) of Naperville, Richard "Rick" Kravchuk Jr. (Susan "Susie") of Mineral Bluff, GA and Mark Kravchuk (Mary) of Lake Geneva, WI.; and her grandchildren, Michael "Mike" (Elizabeth "Elle"), Steven, John, Thomas "Tom" Kurzydym, Rosemary "Rose" Hollis (Jeff), Natalie Kravchuk, Nathan "Nate" and Margaret "Maggie" Kravchuk.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Residence (1400 Brookdale Rd, Naperville, IL 60563). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
