He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Fisher and Eleanor Fisher (Boyd); and his sister Becky Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Betty Fisher; his children, Brent Fisher (Anne), Brian Fisher and Tisha Mason (Shawn); and his grandchildren, Kylie, Braden, Quinn, Max and Owen.
Memorial donations may be made to the Morton Arboretum in Hugh's honor.
