He is survived by: his wife Claudia Oprondek King; his children, Heather McReynolds (Chris) of Orland Park, Shawn McReynolds of Montgomery and Brian McReynolds of Lee; his grandchildren, Andrew McReynolds, Emily McReynolds, Olivia Carroll (Andrew), Steven McReynolds, David McReynolds (Elaina), Nathan Carroll (Kaley), Cody Thill, Madeline McReynolds, Grace McReynolds, Bethany McReynolds and Brandon McReynolds; his siblings, Judy Leonardi (James) of Sugar Grove, Jeaneen Suits (Duane) of Geneva, John King (Araceli) of Valley Center, CA and Janice Hills of Aurora; his niece Jill Krieglstein Kula; his nephews, Adam Keating (Kelly) and Matthew Hills (Courtney); his great-nephews, Jacob Kula and Benjamin Hills; and his great-niece Violet Hills.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Duffy-Pils Memorial (100 W Maple St, Fairbury, IL 61739). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Andrew Catholic Church (110 E Ash St, Fairbury, IL 61739).
