She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Osborne and Frona Osborne; her siblings, Janice Schaefer and Ben Osborne; and her husband Nicholas Ettelbrick III.
She is survived by: her sister Georgia Gergen; her children, Nick (Misty), Eric, Joe (Laurie), Zack (Andi) and Elizabeth Paschal (Dave); her grandchildren, Jordan Frane (Justin), Jacob Ettelbrick (Natalie), Megan Warfel (Derek), Nathan Titus, Olivia Todd (Matthew), Audra Ettelbrick, Noah Paschal (Cortney) and Luke Paschal; and her great grandchildren, Will, Graham Frane, Silas, Henry Ettelbrick, Scarlett, Eva, Natalie, Taylor, Waylon Warfel, Trace, Tate Todd and Owen Paschal.
