It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan K. Marchaterre of Naperville, Illinois, who passed away on June 10, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Konvalinka and Marcella Konvalinka (Dargan); and her siblings, Harold Konvalinka, Susie Krauss and David Konvalinka.
She is survived by: her sisters, Dolores Anderson and Mary Carrara Stickelmaier; her daughters, Mary (Rick Vilim), Ann (Scott Hamilton) and Madeleine (Joel Super); her grandchildren, Peter, Michael, Matthew, Stephen, Ross, Katerina, John and Margaux; and her great grandchildren, Armin and Luke.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Peter & Paul Catholic Church (36 N Ellsworth St, Naperville, IL 60540).
