He is survived by: his wife Mildred J. "Mil" Pavlik; his children, Renée Pavlik of Naperville, John K. Pavlik (Peg) of Anoka, MN and Patricia Hutchins (Charles) of Libertyville, IL; his grandchildren, Megan Peltier (Tyler), Mackenzie Pavlik, Patrick Hutchins and Kevin Hutchins; his brother Leonard Pavlik (Mary) of Chicago; his sister-in-law Regina Gattone (Frank) of Florida; and his cousin George Siska (late MaryAnn) of Orland Park, IL.
