He is survived by: his wife Aimee; his mother Gayle Evans; his sisters, Kim Williams (David) and Kathy Evans; his mother-in-law Dolores Domas; his sisters-in-law, Debbie Howarth (Mark), Julie Haney (John), Denise Curran (John), Andrea Heffernan (Dan) and Barbara Ross (Al); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Kacie, Brian K., Evan, Lindsay, Kristen, Aimee, Jessica, Kevin, Lisa, Brian, Riley, Justin, Aidan, Kelly, Joe, Annie, Jenna, Molly, Claire and Catie. He is also survived by friends and caregivers.
