He is survived by: his father John Spokas; his children, Elizabeth Orseske (Matthew) and Eric Spokas (Elizabeth Puchalski); his grandchildren, David, Katherine, Andrew, Alexander and Emilia; and his siblings, Joseph (Mary Ellen), Anne Dawson, David (Mamie), Philip (Catherine), Janet Kappel (Robert) and Clare Mensik (Aaron). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
