She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Keith and Dolores Keith (Anderson). She is survived by: her children, Adam Florzak of Highland Park, IL, Mark Florzak (Lauren) of Weatherford, TX and Amy Florzak of Chicago; and her grandchildren, Hunter, Alexa, Mavrick, Ethan and Aden.
