She was predeceased by: her child Thomas Gregory Fiaush; her parents, Lloyd A. Leheney and Octava Leheney; and her brother Lloyd J. Leheney (Shirley). She is survived by: her husband Donald A. "Don" Fiaush; her children, Terry Mazda (Ken) of Stone Harbor, NJ and Betsy Rife (Michael) of Plainfield, IL; and her grandchildren, Jason Mazda (Marielle), Amber Mahan (Jared), Jenna Noel (Zach), Wesley Mazda, Tyler Mazda (Andrea), Tiffany Trainor (Danny) and Tanner Rife (Julia).
