He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fern, Richard R. Davis, Marion and Philip Biehl; his uncle John Biehl (Beverly); and his aunt Christine Carbaugh (late Ralph).

He is survived by: his children, Tyler, Hayley, Caitlin and Brandon Davis; his wife Jennifer Bourgeois; his parents, Phyllis Davis and James Davis; his brother Ryan Davis (Amanda); his nieces and nephews, Lily, Tyler, Nolan, Grayson, Micah and Jonah; his aunts, Peggy Davis and Mary Anne Finn (late Daniel); and his uncle Robert Biehl (Lynn). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.

For those wishing to leave a lasting tribute to Justin's memory, donations to a charity of the donor's choosing would be appreciated.
