She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Svabek and Marie R. Svabek; her husband James B. Frish; and her siblings, John E. Svabek, Jr. and Carole Jurevich.
She is survived by: her sons, James and Todd Frish; her sister-in-law Janet Corum; and her nieces and nephews, Rich, Christine, Cheryl, John, Amie and Nancie.
