We bid farewell to Kathleen McSweeney of Naperville, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 30, 2025 at the age of 88. Kathleen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Jack McSweeney; her parents, Bernard Connolly and Margaret Connolly; and her siblings, Bernard Connolly (late Joanne), James Connolly, Robert Connolly (Mary) and Margaret Connolly.

She is survived by: her children, Jack McSweeney (Nancy), Jim McSweeney (Erlenie), Mary Pat Piscopo (Vince), Bill McSweeney (Ginny) and Kelly McSweeney (Michael Loonan); her grandchildren, Michael, Laura (John), James, Nicole (Johnny), Bobby and Grace; her great grandchildren, Maddox, Jane, Greyson, Clare and Kennedy; and her sister Frances Ann Leen (late John). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and countless great friends.
