She is survived by: her children, Michele Marie Katz (Martin) and Michael Scott Spleha (Angelina); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Coonan (Timothy), Michael Katz (Emily), Daniel Spleha (Ashley), Jason Katz (Julie), Paul Slaboch (Kim), Sarah Herman (Devon), Constance Penninger (Charles) and Brian Slaboch (Kate). She is also survived by great grandchildren.
