He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Davis and Ernest Vernon Davis; and his wife Elna Emily Davis. He is survived by: his children, Mary Patricia "Pati" Pineda and John William "Bill" Davis; and his grandchildren, José Ramón Pineda, Ana Michelle Pineda and Laura Elizabeth Pineda.
