She was predeceased by: her grandfather Robert "Bob" Ptak. She is survived by: her parents, Megan Ptak and Keith Ptak; her sister Emma Ptak; her grandparents, Terry, Mary Walker and Donna Ptak; her uncles, Shane Walker (Jennifer) and Bryan Ptak (Michelle); and her aunt Michelle O'Connor (Pat).
