She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred M. Lewandowski; and her father John Sladek. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Sandra Burrell (Thomas) and Dennis Lewandowski; her grandchildren, David Burrell (Kelly), Dwayne Burrell (Julie), Christopher Lewandowski (Julie), Diana Silhan (Brian) and Alysa Medina (Jose); her great grandchildren, Caitlyn, Nicholas, Matthew Burrell, Abigail, Christopher Jr. Lewandowski, Zachary, Ashley, Ryan Burrell, Nathaniel, Olivia Silhan and Antonio Medina; her brother John Sladek (late Anne); her nephew Jack Sladek (Kandy); and her niece Carol Richards (Dan).
