We announce the death of Mary Kay Doody of Naperville, Illinois, who passed away on September 24, 2026. Mary Kay will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband James R. "Jim" Doody; and her siblings, Johnnie B. and Gail Squires. She is survived by: her children, Michael R. Doody and Jane Ann McCloud (James); her granddaughters, Rebecca Black (Andy) and Stephanie McCloud; her great grandchildren, Zinnia Kay McCloud, James Andrew and Joshua Harold Black; and her siblings, Judith Collins (late Everett) and Leonard B. Squires (Valerie).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home (516 S Washington St, Naperville, IL 60540). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials in Mary Kay's memory may be made to the American Lung Association or Community United Methodist Church Foundation.
