He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Erin Fresh; and his grandparents, Hershel, Maxine Cudd, Richard C. and Peggy Greene.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Fresh; his sons, Nicholas (Kristin) and Benjamin; his mother Joy Greene; his brother Rich Greene; his uncle Douglas Greene (Heather); his parents-in-law, Barry and Susan Fresh; and his sisters-in-law, Tami Tocci (Nick) and Brandi Woller (Toby). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Crohn's and Colitis Foundation (CCFA), Agrace Hospice, or National Brain Tumor Society (meningioma research).
