He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Bode and Mary Bode; and his siblings, Linda Leonard (late Larry), Tom (Mary) and Bob (Jamie).
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Elisa, Grant, Bradley, Shauna and Kelley; his great-nephew Jack; and his great-niece Mia.
