He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sislow and Helen Sislow; his sister Priscilla Mittenberg (Varis); his wife JoAnn Rasmussen-Sislow; his son Michael J. Sislow, Jr.; and his stepchildren, Shelly Lawler (Marion) and Jeff Rasmussen.
He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Sislow (Kristina) and Joseph Sislow; and his stepson Mark Rasmussen (Kim).
