She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michael Cusack and Elizabeth Cusack; her husband Stephen A. Borcik; her sons, Stephen M. and Brendan Borcik; her siblings, Mary Medvitz, Maggi Stablein, Michele Cusack and Julie Falenski; and her grandparents, Richard, Bridget Davis, Michael and Mary Cusack.
