He was predeceased by: his parents, John Patrick and Mary O'Brien; and his significant other Rosemary. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Lambke (Dave), Joan McDonnell (Mark), Margaret O'Brien, Michael O'Brien (Martie), Patricia Jones (Kevin) and John O'Brien (Mary); and his siblings, John "Jack" O'Brien, Eleanor Clingen, Betty Borvan and Patricia "Patsy" Frank.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church (1500 Brookdale Rd, Naperville, IL 60563). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
