She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Mai Gaus and Oliver Henry Gaus; and her aunt Helen. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Michelle; her husband Ron Haskell; her son Lee Haskell; her children-in-law, James Leonard and Kirsten Haskell; her grandchildren, Samuel, Maxwell Leonard, Alexis, Abigail and Nathan Haskell; and her pet Casey. She is also survived by grandmother to her five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Naperville Area Humane Society or Alzheimer's Association in memory of Phyllis "Grammy Bee" Haskell.
