She is survived by: her children, James O'Shaughnessy, Jr. (Zaneta) of Lisle, IL, Beth O'Shaughnessy Kane of Evanston, IL and Tris O'Shaughnessy (Greg Stripp) of Evanston, IL; her grandchildren, Allen Davis-O'Shaughnessy (Donna), James Davis-O'Shaughnessy (Ava), Grace Choinski (Peter), Michael J. "Mickey" Kane, Jr., Kevin P. Kane and Semilla Besada O'Shaughnessy Stripp; her great grandchildren, Matthew and Lila; and her siblings, Thomas Hampton and Brian Hampton.
