He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Meister and Vesta Meister; and his daughter Karen Real. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his daughter Carolyn Rott; his sons-in-law, Bob Real and Jeff Rott; his grandchildren, Katherine Real, Kimberly Merdan (James), Gregory Rott, Kristin Van Lankvelt (James) and Kenneth Rott; his great grandchildren, Kylee Thao, Aubree, Olivia Van Lankvelt, Braelynn and Caiden Merdan; his brother Dr. Thomas E. Meister (Caroline); and his sister-in-law Grace Parry. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ralph may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Our Saviour's Lutheran Church.
