He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Lewandowski and Anne Lewandowski; his wife Janet Lewis; and his sister Evelyn Falasz. He is survived by: his children, Mark (Mary), Craig (Susan), Todd (Aggie), Matthew (Kim Brondyke) and Joan Ernst (John); and his sister Bernadine Walker. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
