She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Caliper and Lola Caliper. She is survived by: her brother Thomas Caliper of Marion, IL.; her husband Leonard R Locey; and her children, Cathy Fregeau (David), Karen Walk (Dave) and Locey (Laurie Hanzyk).
