She was predeceased by: her husband Jerome Oakes; and her stepsons, Jerome Peter Oakes and Christian Joseph Oakes. She is survived by: her children, Leah Vinik (Michael), Dean Malito (late Lisa), Darla Caputo (Scott) and Holly Pickens (Steve); her grandchildren, Sydney Skuros (Jimmy), Maxwell Vinik (Kathleen), Dominick Malito (Trinity), Angelo Malito (Rebecca), Cody Caputo (Maribel), Lauren Caputo, Katie Gonzalez (Erick), Kelly Ewing and Colin Pickens; her great grandchildren, Gigi, Vinny, Lorenzo Skuros, Aiden Vinik, Gaby and Lily Gonzalez; her brothers, John "Jay" Kovacs (late Arlene) and Roger Kovacs (Bonnie); and her stepchildren, Oliver David Oakes and Jennifer Altreuter.
