She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bullard and Martha Bullard (Perry); her husband James Collie, Jr.; her sisters, Vanita Zimmerman and Billie Bullard Chesney; and her grandson Clark Gillespie.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Collie (Susan), Catherine Gilbert (Michael), Douglas Collie, Ellen Baffa (Timothy) and Jennifer Pena (Enrique). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
