It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Simeon Comillas Jr. (Naperville, Illinois), who passed away on August 3, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albina Comillas and Simeon Comillas Sr.; and his siblings, Zoilo Comillas, Lourdes Comillas, Suina Comillas, Milagros Comillas Sacay and Estella Comillas Ty.
He is survived by: his wife Leonisa Carbonilla Comillas; his children, Maria Leah Comillas and Symon Caesar Comillas (Marlene); his grandchildren, Christian Comillas, Adam Patrick Manuel and Alliyah Faith Manuel; and his brother Manuel Comilas.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium (530 W Boughton Rd, Bolingbrook, IL 60440). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the McCauley Sullivan Funeral Home (530 W Boughton Rd, Bolingbrook, IL 60440). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (2003 Hassert Blvd, Naperville, IL 60564).
