He was predeceased by: his parents, William Floyd Smith and Phyllis Ward Smith; and his wife Kay Noel Kruse Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Sheila, Michael and William "Billy" Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
