She is survived by: her siblings, Hemlatta Parmar and Anil Patel; her husband Chandrakant Paul Chitnis (Sunny) of Nadiad; her children, Priti Gress (Jay), Asha Zahrt (Justin) and Viswas Chitnis (Jill); and her grandchildren, Priya, William, Gloria, Samuel, Jay (Nikhila) and Suvas Ma.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM and at 9:30 AM at the Grace Pointe Church (1320 E Chicago Ave, Naperville, IL 60540). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 9:20 AM at the same location.
