He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene R. and Audrey; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his siblings, James Skibba (Candy), Mary Kubly (Bill), John Skibba and Shelly; his nieces and nephews, Michelle Keel (Bob), Todd Skibba, Richard Kubly (Jess), Jessica Norville (Marcus) and Jamie Ballweg (Luke); and his pet Hazel.
