He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Collins and Mary Collins; his sister Mary Kay Esposito; his niece Erin Vallicelli; and his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Bernice Amundsen.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Michelle Manley (Grant), Tina Burk (Matt) and Tom Collins (Taylor); his grandchildren, Lucy, Annie Burk, Gavin, Brooke Manley, Tommy and Owen Collins; his siblings, Peg Napralla (Brad), Jeanie Farrell (Tim), Eileen McArdle (Damien) and John Collins (Peggy); and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Meersman (James) and Karla Smiley. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
