He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Frank and Helen Frank; his spouse Pat Frank; his children, Matt Frank (Tina) of Green Bay, WI and Christine Brennan (Matt) of Naperville, IL.; his grandchildren, Patrick, Megan Brennan, Andy (Clare Cuene) and Grace Frank; his brother Dave Frank (Colleen) of Menasha, WI.; his nephews, Tim and Joe; and his niece Jill.
