He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lucy, Joe Mantoan, Evelyn and Earl Shepard. He is survived by: his daughters, Ruby Evelyn, Ella Rose and Raine Elizabeth (Cam); his parents, Sandra Jo of Lombard and David (Rich) of St. Charles; his brother Michael (Heather); his nieces and nephews, Timothy, Andrew, Grayson Shepard, Madison and Morgan Sullivan; and his girlfriend Rebecca Mack.
