With sadness, we share the passing of Violet J. E. Yurachek (Naperville, Illinois). Violet, born on October 22, 1943 in Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on June 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Yurachek; her parents, James Kaimikaua and Violet Josephine Kaimikaua; her brother Carl "Bobo" Kaimikaua; and her sister-in-law Kekai Kaimikaua.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Ginocchio, Linda Jacobson (Jamie) and Jennifer Hees (Chris); her grandchildren, Christina, Anna, Nathan, Alyssa, Matthew and Tyler; and her sister Yvonne "Puna" Lum Kee (Charlie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Violet's memory by spending time with loved ones and cherishing the moments you share together.
