She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Elana, Jacob and Grace Adler; her brother Craig Schreiber; her parents, Carol Schreiber and Barry Schreiber; her sister-in-law Rebecca Schreiber; her nephew Sidney Schreiber; her significant other Johanna Whitaker; and also Geoff Adler.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Wendy's memory to the Naperville Humane Society and The Wendy Adler Memorial Education Fund at Congregation Beth Shalom in Naperville.

“Wendy was a very nice person to work with, and every once and awhile. a little sense of Humer would come through. in her own funny way, I'm still in shock. upon hearing the news but for some reason God wanted her with him. instead. my condolence to all her family and friends who will miss her so much but still cherish everything they know special about her.
