He was predeceased by: his parents, William Borland, and Florence Borland, Sr.; his siblings, Gayle Weast (late Norman) and Timothy Borland; and his brothers-in-law, Father William Mooney, James Mooney and Joseph Mooney.
He is survived by: his wife Mary P.; his children, Kevin, Bill (Cindy), Michael, Christopher, John (Leslie), James (Armida) and Mary Kathleen Borland; his grandchildren, Brian, Meghan, Madison, Shannon, Emma and Thomas; his great grandchildren, Brock and Graham; and his sister Patricia Bowers (late Neil). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
