With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy M. Lamczyk of Nashville, Illinois, born in Washington, Illinois, who passed away on December 7, 2025 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy M. Lamczyk to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Piasecki, and Martha Piasecki, Sr. (Gajewski); her husband Eugene Lamczyk, Sr.; her daughter Michelle McCormack; and her brother Raymond Piasecki (Joyce).
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Lamczyk (Valerie) of Ashley and Gene Lamczyk (Mindy) of Ashley, IL; her grandchildren, Kaelynn Lamczyk (Drew Dalman), Kane Lamczyk (Hannah), Kyle Lamczyk (Brittnie), Andrew and Cali Lamczyk; her great grandchildren, Olivia Lamczyk and Carter Lamczyk; her siblings, Edward Piasecki (Mary) of Nashville, IL, Mary Jane Combs (Harold) of Nashville, Rose Lynn Ceglinski (Jeff) of Ashley and Nancy Bejma (Michael) of Ashley; and her godchild Kay Morgan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (52 S 3rd St, Radom, IL 62876). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Should friends desire, mass offerings or memorials may be made to the St. Michael Cemetery and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
