She was predeceased by : her parents, August Lamczyk and Cecelia Lamczyk (Bonk); her husband Raymond Chlebowski; and her siblings, James Lamczyk, Edward Lamczyk and Marcella Lamczyk.
She is survived by : her sister Genevieve Barnowski of Nashville, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may make memorials to Masses or St. Michael Cemetery and will be accepted at the funeral home.
